How Bad is Coffee Really?

There’s two sides to every story. There’s studies proving one thing and studies proving the other. Today my boyfriend and I had a discussion about whether coffee was healthy or not. He said it wasn’t and I said it was. We both cited sources saying of why we were right.

Mine said it decreased the risk of diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. His stated coffee drinkers were more stressed.

Mine said it boosted metabolism, his said after a while it decreased metabolism.
