I saw Kira do the Disney Parks book tag and I just had to do it even though I haven’t been tagged.
For those of you who don’t know, I live in Florida and the parks are closed right now. And I miss it so much so I feel this is something that needs to be on the blog.
In case anyone is curious the featured image was captured after the Rivers of Light show as we left.

The Questions
The Jungle Cruise: A Book Set Along The River
Kill Creek by Scott Thomas! My first thought was Huckleberry Finn and then I remembered this house has a river going in front of it. I enjoyed this book, especially the second half.
Pirates of the Caribbean: A Swashbuckling High Seas Adventure
The Girl From Everywhere by Heidi Heilig. I don’t read many books set at sea so this is the first one that came to mind. I read this back in 2016 and I didn’t really like that one which kind of reaffirmed things. I do have a couple pirate books on my TBR though!
The Haunted Mansion: A Book With An Eerie Vibe
Where do I even start? I have so may. I’ll say If We Were Villains by M. L. Rio. This book captured me from the very beginning and kept up with the ominous feelings throughout. And I know I’m not the only one to think this. If you haven’t read it yet you definitely should.
Thunder Mountain Railroad: A Thrill Ride From Start to Finish
The Last Time I Lied by Riley Sager. I feel like most thrillers and other books have lulls and I’m sure this one did too but when I think about it all I think of is all the twists and turns up to the very end.
Splash Mountain: A Book Set in the Deep South
Phantom of Evil by Heather Graham. I read this book when I wanted something more urban fantasy-esque. I have only read the first two books in the series before I wasn’t in the mood for it anymore but I may continue someday as it doesn’t seem you need to read them in order or remember previous books. This one takes place in New Orleans.
Cinderella Castle: A Book With A Castle
There are so many books I’m thinking of but then I’m double guessing they actually have a castle in them. So I’m going to safely go with the Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling.
Mad Tea Party: A Whimsical Book
I wanted to say Alice In Wonderland but I’ll refrain and instead go with Beasts of Extraordinary Circumstance by Ruth Emmie Lang. This was the first magical realism book I’d read in a long time and I’m still on the hunt for more.
Matterhorn Bobsleds: A Trek Through the Mountains
I have some on my TBR but as of right now I don’t think I’ve read any. However, The Shining by Stephen King takes place in the mountains and they are shown going through them in the beginning so let’s go with that.
It’s a Small World: A World Inspired by Another Culture
Nothing came to mind originally but Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo was inspired by Russian culture. I don’t know too much about Russian culture and I feel the parts that were inspired by it weren’t obvious.
Space Mountain: A Fast Paced Space Opera
I don’t read many space books either so Illuminae by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff was one of the few. I didn’t continue this series either because I didn’t like it. I have some other sci-fi books to read so hopefully I find one I like.

What a lovely tag! My mind is blank. I’ve read a thousand books with castles, and now none of them comes to my mind 😳🤣.
